Pls sir can you tell us the secret behind your teaching technique? How do you explain things that after the end of the video, i rarely have questions to ask? Any advice

I finally got it! The reason why voltage increases during winter and not during summer is because metals such as copper or alluminum, when used as conductors/cables in a photovoltaic system, have a higher conductivity at colder temperatures. That is the reason why in winter some pv systems, when having wires not properly designed with a suitable size, explode because of the low temperatures that make more voltage flow thorugh the copper conductors leading to a voltage overload in the inverters. Excelent video!

so do n-type semiconductors have increased conductivity and p-type also have increased conductivity??? im confused, how can they be opposites if they are both an increase in conductivity according to this

The explanation about N-Type semiconductors is much clearer than my lecturer's. My lecturer tends to overcomplicate things and comes across as a bit pretentious. He seems to be from a privileged background where things were handed to him easily.

I've always had a question on that no one answered and hope you can
The electrons on the right can't go fill holes on the right due to the field by the ions, but what prevents the electrons IN the -ve ions from going back to neutralize the +ve ions?
Is it due to force to fill holes being greater than that of ions fileld

Question:
Why doesn't the "extra" silicone electron in the P-type semi migrate as well?
My guess is that it's still in the valent band rather than conduction band (since there's room for it). So I assume electrons in thr valence band have a harder time moving, even if an electric field is applied to them?

P.S. Great explanation even for someone who knows close to no chemistry!
