EM2, Marshal, & Tec 9 Nerfed + More! (Cold War Patch Details)

The Season 6 Weapon Balance update is here and with it we saw some considerable nerfs to the EM2, Tec 9, and Marshal as well as several changes to other weapons in Cold War's Multiplayer. What do you think of these changes? Were they enough?
