Hey look simple toss you watch on wall it works 100% (toss it hardly) but not so hard

USE A SAFETY PIN!!! The only thing that worked for me!!!

Really most tough thing is to remove the stainless stip

Cant get mine off because of where indent is. Its right where the back prongs are, they are in the way so i keep having to buy a new watch every time they die. They all in the same placement and impossible to remove. The video made sense though, i guess i just suck at picking watches i buy 😂

Pro tip: once you have a knife with a slight curve in the little ridge, apply pressure so the edge of the knife sinks into the connection site of the cap and go around the circle, the cap will later pop off when you twist the knife.

If you can't close the back after the repair, you can use simple plyers to force it on and you don't need to buy any expensive tools.

if you're having a hard time putting the case back like me, and there is no explanation as of how to do so in this vid, you can put one finger pushing on one corner of the case. After that, grab yourself a blunt weapon (i use a pestle, if not a hammer will do fine) and give it a solid hit on the opposite corner from which you're pushing with your finger.

The massive dopamine rush when you open the watch. And the abrupt end of the rush when you find out you don't have the battery 😅

I was interested in removing a flip back, without a notch, so disappointing.

Getting it open is fine but getting it closed is impossible

It will NEVER close this easy with your fingers.

Its the popping the case back on part that I struggle with

Might damage the case if it slides, but is okay if it cuts your finger 🤣🤣

if you can't close it, turn it upside down on a hard surface and press on the front of the watch not it's back. i hope this will be helpful 🤍

I think my watch has a snap off back, but I can’t find a lip to pry the back off, any tips of how to get it off?

To close my watch. I put the face on a carpeted floor. Then a quarter on the back. And then I put a chair leg on top of the quarter. I put all my weight on the chair and it snapped into place.

I just used hot glue to stick a peace of bent thin metal strip to the back cover to pull it open, no scratches....
The hot glue easy to remove, just peel it off.
Never use a knife, to difficult, also may damage the sealing O ring.
I should make a video of this simple idea.

I used a small jewelers flat tip screwdriver, about the size you would use to tighten eyeglass frame screws, to pry off the back. Worked just fine

Tried EVERY flathead screwdriver in the house. Then watched your vid and used an utterly blunt "butter knife" so I wouldn't cut my hand (as others have!) 2 seconds; done👍🏼😜 Thank you so much for the pro tip.

Tip: if you don't have a metal watch case opener — or even if you do — a safe and effective alternative is to use a plastic guitar pick, which is softer than the metal so it doesn't scratch and which generates enough leverage to pop open most cases.
