I have this set currently in my shopping cart! Always loved Legos since I was a kid, and remembered the Titanic since I was in second grade! always tried building different models but didn't go well and hardly ever finished! I wonder how long it would take me to build this. It sounds easy enough never been stumped by Lego before.
I remember building this Lego train and a mall! This should be easy if I'm careful.

you did not count the time to open the boxes and bags and nicely arrange the legos on those dinerplates...and there are A LOT of leftover pieces... this is cheating

Nice job setting the record. The question I have is this. How long would it have taken you if you had to count the time you spent separating all the pieces a head of time? I watched my daughter when she first started building Legos. She would get frustrated sometimes trying to sort through all the pieces as she was building. So, now, I help my daughter with her Legos. I am the designated parts sorter. It is a time, consuming part of the job. I think that should have to be factored in when setting a record. Now, I'm not trying to take away what you've accomplished, because that is still an impressive time. I just know how much time it takes to sort through all the pieces and can't imagine how long it will take me to sort through the 9090 pieces to help her build the Titanic. Yes, I am going to take her to the Lego store Saturday, 10/7/2023, where I will spend more than I ever thought I would on any Lego set......lol Congratulations sir for your record and on a fine job building this iconic ship! I can't wait to get started!

A lot of Lego bigger building sets will have spare parts. I have a few sets and each one I assembled had some to little spare parts including Titanic.

Congratulation man!!! Great work!!! I want to take mine apart and see how long it takes m! I spread mine over the course of a week due to work. I wanna see if I can possibly be faster now that I have time available. If not, still great work man!!!!
