IMHO, the first guy in black shirt looks better with balding hair, than completely bald. Like there's more maturity in his slightly-opened-scalp hairstyle, than in sterile bald head

Hair is only like 10%. Eyes, cheekbones, nose, lips, chin and most important of all.. JAWLINE. Basically, of you have a good face, doesn't matter if your bald or not.

Form my experience when someone is balding, shaving is always a viale solution. Especially if you have good beard genetics and can grow one (and the majority of people who suffer from hair loss have that opportunity). Bald and bearded is an iconic combo and that offers a lot of different styling options

I don’t think balding looks too bad if you have a decent front area and keep it really short. I don’t know if the guy in the black looked better personally. He was probably best after the initial shave but not the full bald.
