i got pancreatitis after drinking every night at a bar 3 nights in a row. I was sent to the ER with my mom cause my tummy was aching so badly like i was being stabbed. I got an earful from the doctors 😂 i wasn't allowed to eat anything or drink water as well til the swelling of my pancreas subsided. It was a pain i never wanted to feel ever again after that i stopped drinking alcoholic drinks even softdrinks like coke.

I had one night back in 2008 where I had 6 Sparks which is an alcoholic energy drink and the next day my stomach was in intense pain and I had to work. I hardly ever have energy drinks anymore.

I think we need to start reminding people that caffeine is a POISON that plants use to KILL INSECTS, and that in sufficient doses it has a similarly lethal impact on humans. A bit is fine, potentially even healthy (citations needed), but you should treat it the same as medicine. Take as much as you need and no more.
