What’s the best lures to throw in winder condition. 25kt-30kt

I live right outside of philly, just north. It's about an hour drive to the closest beach, and I hardly ever do surf fishing. I've tried to find info like this for a little while now and this is by far the easiest video to help someone understand just what to look for on a sand beach that I would find in jersey. Thanks.

Great job Bill, when we vacationed down the Jersey shore I used to tell my sons at low tide when the waves are giving each other high fives we will go back at the higher water. And guess what , three very happy boys! I'm in my 60's now and they are pushing 30 but we never forget that sunset. Tight lines Bill.
