I am overweight, compared to average koreans. But I lift more and I work out daily. On top of that, I’m trying to build my muscles rather than stretch and make then thinner. But I still have a flat stomach and look healthy and skinny! I’ve tried eating cucumbers and sweet potatoes in high school to lose weight, but it came right back. We call that yo-yo weight gain/loss in Korea! Weight doesn’t matter and how you FEEL in your body is most important. All love to you girlies and bois! ❤❤❤

Ответить1. Water consumption is based on body need, and different per race, gender, and location. There is no set rules, you basically have to make your best judgement. Some people may have health issue from consuming too much water, such as diluted blood oxygen or stressing out kidneys.
2. Brown rice is not for everyone, if you have stomach issue or any digestion problems, best not to consume brown rice. Even though it's said to have lots health benefits, it's harder to breakdown and can cause stress to your digestion system.
3. Macha green tea may not for everyone, it can cause diarrhea or stomach issue for some people, and some maybe sensitive to the caffeine in green tea.
4. Some fruits has higher sugar content, and some has too much acid and may cause acid reflux flare up.
5. best advice is to consult licensed nutritionist, know your body, know your medical history, find a reputable trainer that can work with you. Just remember, not everything you see on internet is right for YOU.

ОтветитьI don't know the reasons behind this culture, but the thing is, if I lost that amount of weight my family would ask to see a doctor. The before picture are considered more healthy and beautiful in Brazil. If I looked like the after images, I would probably have to deal with the skeleton jokes.

ОтветитьBrown rice is high in fibre, giving you a full feeling. Fruit contains a lot of empty sugars. Green tea speeds up metabolism but has no nutritional value. So basically; starve yourself
