These "Hidden Gems" truly ARE hidden gems!!! 2 of them so far, have put me to sleep and stayed asleep for 8 hrs (it was on all night)!!!

It’s so difficult to stay in now, to not worry about tomorrow or to not suffer from yesterday…remembering that everyday birds sing somewhere no matter what happens in the world…this lovely meditation helps to slow it all down and let it all go and realize that there is peace…lovely…

By now my brain is pavlovian-style trained. Hear this = shut down time. I wonder what would happen if I listened to this on the bus? Better not, unless I want an annoyed bus driver waking me up at the end station...

I'm familiar with meditation & brain waves, and these videos are definitely relaxing... but I'd like to see a video where it was determined that Video X put people into delta or theta or whatever.

I imagine people were hooked up to biofeedback machines and the results recorded and averaged out; is that how it was determined that certain videos produced certain brain waves in people?

Or did the producers just guess and say,."Hey, this feels like a theta sound.". I could see using that as a theme or "gimmick" or marketing technique.

But if honest experiments were conducted, I'd very much like to know how, with whim & how many, what the results were -- and WHY behaviorists think certain ones produced certain brain waves.

If these are reproducible results, I'd love to know. But if not, maybe you could think of another way to present your videos for the sake of those of us who seriously research this stuff
