Man I had to give a thumbs up just for the sign your kid made behind you!! That’s awesome!!!
ОтветитьGreat stuff Stitch dude
Ответитьsimple but useful! Cool!
ОтветитьIve been thinking about dressing up in the most uncommon way before my landing
ОтветитьHello, may I have music classes from you....I am O.J. and would to have a certificate in music
ОтветитьWhat I hear more than anything else is you just simply taking your time, like you're telling a story.
Nobody would want to listen to a guy talk if he speed rapped like a tobacco auction and yelled at the top of his lungs all the time. Those things are dramatic devices, and they're very effective if used sparingly. The same goes for a whisper or a dramatic pause for effect. What it comes down to is having some idea of what you want to do before you start. What you have shown here is a very real and tangible way of getting there, taking the abstract and giving it form.
Very nicely done!
This makes perfect sense!
ОтветитьThis lesson is genius!!!! And it’s exactly what I needed, as I am really choppy hitting chord tones on strong beats. I tried this, and the timing was automatically there!
ОтветитьGreat explanation and examples, awesome video!
ОтветитьMany thanks. I did some of these things sometimes. Good to know I was on the right track. Thank you
ОтветитьGood one! Very helpful!
ОтветитьUrs kids beautiful painting 🎨🖌️ I can see ,, very nice
ОтветитьHOW? How is it possible that, after trawling the internet for hour after literal hour, can 1 lesson make sense of so many different aspects of guitar playing!? Wonderful lesson making clear sense of phrasing! Thank you so much. Instant fan!
ОтветитьSlide in
Bend to End
Speed up the landing
Great lesson!!! Thanks!!!
Yes, Ian this lesson makes the sole more sound like music instead of just like dry mechanical pentatonic.
Cheers from Indonesia.
I really dig the aviation analogies 👍🏻
Ответитьgreat lesson as always
ОтветитьI been watching so many of these videos so I feel like I'm learning a ton but I'm still not really practicing because I hate how I sound. I think this video is perfect for what I was looking for. I don't want my scales to sound like scale practice anymore
ОтветитьYou make too much sense, it's unreal
ОтветитьA new subscriber here. Thank you. Great stuff for a beginner whose looking to move fast forward.
ОтветитьRock N Roll
ОтветитьGreat teaching.
ОтветитьYes, I gave your dad a like because your dad is a very good guitar teacher. 👍
ОтветитьHey! Thanks for all the great videos. You taught me a lot so far :) Now I was wondering what brand of your guitar is? I saw you playing several beautiful PH guitars. But I did not find them anywhere. Very appreciated. :)
ОтветитьBefore music comes the soul, and although I don’t know this man in person, he seems like one of the good guys. Which in addition makes him a great player and teacher. Thank you.
ОтветитьAlways ood lesson Master.
ОтветитьAre you alternate picking throughout?
ОтветитьExcellent video. Thanks a lot.
ОтветитьLoved give my Dad a 👍 like
ОтветитьSlide and land. Bend and resolve.
Speed up and nail it. Stitch I'm not your best student. But I want to thank you very much for your help. You Reach Me. Nice bite-size lessons. Thank you
This is great. My problem is that I struggle in knowing WHEN to resolve. I can slide and bend but I always seem to land on a root note outside of the resolve.
ОтветитьThank you 👍👍
ОтветитьHey there thanks for all the amazing videos. I'm trying to find the video where you give some options for licks (might even be arpeggios) transitioning from common chords ... I remember there being a great " E to A " or vice versa. I dove into the caged masterclass first and now I can't find those other videos. Any helps navigation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Ps you remind me of my deadhead buddy who looks just like you , his name is Ian as well.
ОтветитьDiscovered you about 6 months ago. I'm glad I did. ❤ing the lessons 😎
ОтветитьWot a lovely guy !!
ОтветитьThank you Ian. You’re a legend teacher. No soap opera. Just tons of incredible and useful wisdom. Thank you for sharing your energy with us.
ОтветитьThis is a magic trick 😂 thanks
ОтветитьAnother Chunk of Gold! thanks for this lesson Stich!
ОтветитьWhat is that guitar
ОтветитьGroovy. Thanks for your time and knowledge.
ОтветитьI give a like because I cannot say no to a kid.
ОтветитьIs a bagilion more than a bazilian?
Ответить"GIVE MY DAD A LIKE" 👍 okay kid will do!😂👌
ОтветитьThis may be a basic thing, but how do know which note to "bend before the end "(TM)? Does it have to bend to one of the other notes in the pentatonic, the full minor scale, or do you only do it on certain intervals? Great video...glad the auto play next brought it up during a stitch binge . It's my way of practicing when I'm doing chores 🤘
Ответить“ bend before you end” & “ pace before you phrase” love it !!!
ОтветитьAnother fantastic, yet simple lesson! Thank you kindly!
Ответитьya the art does look good man....that guitar looks alot like trey anastasios the phish guy..... nice
ОтветитьStitch is Metaphor Man!
ОтветитьStitch, I love your videos, they are so helpful. Great lessons!
