i have a blackhead on my nose thats kind of big, but its under layers of skin and i’m not sure what to do about it. im very insecure about it, and about the fact that i have a million blackheads all over my nose other than the big one. any advice?

That first guy has a serious infection, not a pimple. He needs to get to a doctor have it drained, irrigated and antibiotics. That is in a very bad place, if that infection spreads through his jaw and into his blood.
