Elgato Facecam Pro - The Best Webcam To Exist

I bought the camera and it works great, but DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A USBC CABLE FROM ELGATO FOR OVER 5 MONTHS. IT TAKES A SPECIAL CABLE AND THEY'VE BEEN SOLD OUT. I WOULD CHECK IF THEY HAVE FIXED THEIR SUPPLY PROBLEM BEFORE BUYING

I just upgraded to the facecam pro and I can not get the coloring right. No matter what I do my lips look super red or my face looks to white or orange. It’s like I have to turn my lights so bright to the point they are blinding me to get the colors correct. So bright that I can play my game bc I can’t see. Any advice or help would greatly be appreciated!

I’m sorry but the best one is The Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra! It’s only missing 60FPS on 4K but the colors are better!

I want to buy it in India. I even emailed Elgato about this thing. But they said they don't know when facecam will be in stock again! Can you please ask elgato to make it available for India, or atleast allow us from India to order it via some way!
