When he asked name something Burmese I answered in a instant cuz my parents are from Myanmar
ОтветитьThanks for showing our Burmese food to the world apart of our Burmese people.. Good luck to you..🙏
ОтветитьBRO HE IS CALLING MYANMAR FOOD THE FOOD IN ASIA YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
ОтветитьAs a kid growing up in Myanmar and having moved to the States, I always wondered what stopped Myanmar and Burmese cuisine from breaking through like Vietnamese, Thai, Indian and many other southern and south east asian cuisines have in the West. I felt that the focus on savory over sweet would have translated really well to western pallets and this video does an amazing job detailing why Burma effectively fell off the map
ОтветитьThis brought me back to my 2 weeks in Myanmar in 2015. What a lovely people, and delicious food almost everywhere! Whenever I am in Chiang Mai bi always make it a point to also eat as much Burmese food as possible. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьPersonally..I think Thai papaya salad or somtam..might come from Mon people...
ОтветитьIt was nice to see that people across the world are now giving attention to my country.Hope you enjoy your visit sir.😊
ОтветитьI’m from Myanmar and I love those cuisines
Ответитьမဂၤလာပါ
ОтветитьAmazing video, thanks for highlighting a cuisine which as you said, not many people know about. Now I need to fine a Burmese restaurant around me and try out all the dishes.
Ответитьl am myanmar
ОтветитьIam from 🇺🇸
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I watched it a few months ago and I'm happy to report that I have flown to Bangkok twice and eaten at all 3 restaurants featured here!
Shwe Htee felt homely. Kalyana unique and upscale. I love that I could try multiple dishes with the regional sets. I'm sitting at Mandalay Food House eating mohinga as I type this. All 3 restaurants had mostly Burmese patrons when I visited.
Thank you for making this video which resulted in me trying this wonderful cuisine 🥰
Where in Sweden can you got Burmese food?
ОтветитьI’m kind of sad and frustrated seeing this clip coz there’s no way to avoid that brutal, cruel, stupid and egocentric group of militants to talk about any aspects of Burmese history. Thanks for your video anyway!!
ОтветитьBullshit
ОтветитьActually Chickpea Tofu not a Burmese food , It's originally come from Shan State
ОтветитьWoah woah lets back up a bit im from myanmar and War?!
ОтветитьWhen and where is GooGoo expanding to Europe? This is such a fabulous statement of the amazingness of Burmese food. There used to be a couple in Manhattan a few decades ago. Not easy to find them. None in UK or in Europe?
ОтветитьI am Myanmar Thank you
ОтветитьThank you from Myanmar
Ответитьim burmese and i got offended when he said la phuck took instead of le pak tout
Ответитьthank you for coming to myanmar,we always welcome you ;)
ОтветитьWOW! I won't find any Burmese eateries anywhere in New England so, I guess I will have to learn how to make my own dishes! I already know many Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Taiwanese and other dishes. Time to expand again! YUM YUM!
ОтветитьHey welcome to my Country 🤗🤗🤗
ОтветитьThere was a local mum and pop Burmese restaurant in my city of Canberra in Australia, I'd never had Burmese food before but gosh they the food so delicious. Me and my mate used to stop by the shop at least once a week. Sadly they closed down I crave it some times.
ОтветитьThank you Goo Goo for trying your best to spread Myanmar food. I am a Burmese and thrilled that you like our national food.
Ответитьi live in myanmar.
i love my myanmar.
Thank you so much for making this video. This video actually brings so much of mixed feelings. Getting emotional and tears up bit. Being a Burmese away from home and seeing all of my favorite foods from home (especially seeing someone enjoying) makes me feel very happy and proud of my culture. Hope the world knows us for our culture, food and hospitality of people one day.
ОтветитьMYANMAR
Ответитьi am grade 9
Ответитьi am a myanmar student and i am very good at english
ОтветитьI am from Myanmar and I am great to you.Thank you for This video
ОтветитьI'm from Myanmar too!
ОтветитьDude u researched so much.. u knew better than a burmese aka me .😂 And huge thanks for mentioning about history and coup taking place in our country. ❤
ОтветитьWelcome Myanmar 🇲🇲 Bro
ОтветитьThanks for your information.
ОтветитьI live in Myanmar
ОтветитьI live there
ОтветитьHey that is myanmar food
ОтветитьYou need to realise the difference between English and British. Burma was controlled mainly by a large Scottish business community but hey let's blame the English.
ОтветитьWe appreciate it bro,our traditional food has been gone in the world for many centuries. From this video our traditional food will be known for a little bit more
ОтветитьOur myanmar is soo late for developing because of government and fake leaders we have many intelligent and genius and creative children but we don't have anyone for support
before government or after military is ruled both are not good for country
Im from myammar ty for visiting
Ответитьကောင်းမွန်စွာ
ОтветитьAs someone from Myanmar There is a lot more food if you travle to each area of places. Because most of the foods and the originals didn't come from a single place so i hope you visit the east and west so you can see the originals cooked and made in their homeland
ОтветитьKnowledge and joy like this is what preserves humanity. Though I have lived in both India and Japan and traveled through SE Asia, my own heart language of food will always be middle-class US Midwest where I grew up. Thank you for helping show how food is central to our identities, yet also our greatest ambassador.
EDIT: I want to go to Mynamar sooooo bad. But at least I know another place to try the food!
Bro sounds like that one chemist guy that goes "This is a little gummy bear, and I decided to destroy it"
Ответитьme too
ОтветитьThanks for trying my countries food I have never seen someone eat Burmese food in a video!
