Try monarchist Texas in kaiserredux. If you get lucky or unlucky depending on your perspective, you can join the reichspakt, don’t join 2nd Weltkrieg, and if the Germans lose, you get their government in exile and basically can turn into German America. It was a very interesting and incredibly hard play through for me but I found it fun.
