Fallout 76: Bloodied Stealth Commando 2024. Evaporate your Enemies. META Build.

I came back to FO76 for kicks before FOLON. But I'm getting one shot by the bosses and I don't enjoy spending hours getting max daily stuff and gambling to get zero piece I need to get to a good build. Seems it hasn't changed since I stopped playing, only people that play 100% of the time every day might be having fun at this game.

Science is useless for The Fixer, i'd use gunsmith for the wepon to break slower, and demolition expert in case you have an explosive the fixer

You said all mutation on your beginer build commando.
I suppose its better only having mutation in this build ?

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. I have THE FIXER plan BUT i also have a drop that a guy gave me that has +50% armour penetration and bullets explode for 20% ++ damage. PLEASE can someone tell me which perk cards i need . AND IF YES OR IF NOT COMMANDO as this is a SINGLE SHOT rifle it makes sense to use RIFLEMAN petk. I want to run a SNEAK and EXPLOSIVE build. Even if i end crafting my own with my own legendaries... I'm NOT into USING VATS too much in fallout 76 as there's too many enemies and i find it harder then fallout 4. PLEASE can someone give me a full rundown or tips? I'm half to discord or social media chase.

Incredible knowledge on ways to optimize playing Fallout 76. How long does it take to learn the many different combination of perks and buffs? Seems like you may be working on Fallout 76 like full time job.

Played the game at launch. Was on the shelf for 4 years. In honor of the TV show, I started a new character yesterday and starting fresh.

Came back after 2 years out. Glad explosives are gone but this build has always been the OG

Would love an overview on builds that are still viable in 2024. I am coming back to the game after several months and I was previously running the cryo pistoleer build with the alien blaster. Is this still viable?

You should include the minimal level needed to make these builds. The legendary perks alone are a big gateway for most players

I’m late to the video, and bow to your superior build, though I won’t change much of my own as I just discovered the perk (after at least 8-12 months away) that makes my rifles way less, and Class Freak (despite your insane specials scores thanks to unyielding).
I’d like to see your beginner build too. So a vote for that please.

I see a lot of people not running Class Freak anymore. Has something changed that does not make it necessary anymore? Or is it because positives of Strange in Numbers makes the negatives of not equipping Class Freak negligible? I feel like I can use the extra 3-points but it's hard for me to imagine not running Class Freak.

How do you get +60 space in your backpack with the grocery mod installed? I think it was +30 the max capacity of that mod

I am almost level 150. There doesn't seem to be any like what we should do.

I assume that the legendary special perk card doesn't really matter. I have 3* strength so could I not lower strength special by 3 and then up a different stat I don't have legendary perks in by 3?or does it kit work like that.

Life Giver with a Bloodied build doesn't really make sense to me. You aren't going to notice the extra health since the idea of Bloodied is to be low health. You'd probably be way better of with Ironclad which will give you more resistance at your lower health.

Right now i dont even know what my build would be considered.
But i think ive found this one to match my play style, and you showcased weapons that i actually like to use as well.
Now to reset my whole character and mold him into a fine stealth commando.

What Mods is he running on his covert scout armor. I know hes running shadowed but is he just running all ultra light

Hey Angryturtle, in theory with Unyielding-Ap regen-HTD rolls on all 5 pieces of Covert scout you are undetectable?

So technically, also having everything grouped up, top rolls would be q2525 fixer + instigating one, some kind of elder's mark + railway rifle and tesla + enclave plasma there (quad tesla + probably some kind of vampire/aa/bloodied enclave flamer with 25 fire rate?)

Side note question, how on daily basis 25ffr rolls would work in here vs explosive? As im running QE15r railway already and im considering adding some sneak stuff into here and now im wondering about something like BE25ap cost Elder's mark as a daily driver + BE / QE fixer / handmade as stealth long-range weapon - but now im a bit torn between B25ffr25ap cost EM vs BE25ap one in terms of daily running with those.
What i have observed that explosions are triggering follow through so it helps 'a bit' from time to time in grouped mobs :D

I only get the sneak damage Bonus outside vats but when use vats it dosnt show the damage Bonus , is that a bug or dosnt work with vats ???

Could I run this without cover scout armor?

I have always used this build. My Q E 25 Fixer and Q FFR FR Railway are lethal. Luck is maxed so Vats criticals are overkill.

I got a anti armor fixer with 50% crit damage 25% less vats cost.

to proc crit every two shot you have to spam the crit button ? i feel my game cant keep up with how the fast the crit rate is

Lifegiver on a bloody build? It gives max hitpoints and what like 10 hitpoints at rank 4?

Did I miss something? My regular damage points are matching yours but my crit damage is only half as much as yours. What pushes your crit damage so high?

The +15 extra Agility from my Unyielding SS set eliminates the need to use a dedicated stealth set of gear when sneaking around, plus it is super tanky for non-stealth public events. I cannot stand the noise and recoil of the Railway gun, so I use a Quad Explosive Handmade, set up with a Suppressor and to have a great range with nearly zero recoil and not BANG BANG BANG, to tag (typically from a high perch) in public events. I have my B2525 Fixer for "everyday use."

Is it still the case that sneak build lose benefits when playing non solo in party, at events..? Like covert op, sandman...?

I like your content man! However, this game gets to a point where it is impossible to want to do any other class rather than commando or heavy gunner. Feels like if you try something else you are punished with lack of damage. Whatever you do, you can't go away from heavy weapons or commando build. That is one of the reason I have stopped playing the game.

My commando vats crit build with 600 defenses > this. This is a glass cannon.

This is great. I will try it as well when i have enough skillpoints left :D. I wonder if the heavy energy weapons like gatling plasma or holy fire flame thrower do benefit from science perks as well?
