Why lvl10 and not 6 for example?

doing this with rsl helper open makes the attempts roll faster just be careful uyou dont waste an upgreade on the wrong piece of gear.

Sorry for the long comment, but this is what i do which i think is a better way to do this, (in my opinion)


i do the same thing, but instead of using a level 10 on 5 star gear i just auto level everything up to 12 keep the pieces i want, sell the rest. then i find my highest rank gear anything above 12. 15's as priotirty.
you check how many times to level up that 15.
sometimers it takes 30+ tries.
but instead of going straight to level up the 12. i check how many attempts to get 14 to 15 and then how many times to get 13 to 14.
the best thing that could happen is that they all have different attemtps for example,.
15->16 = 30
14 -> 15 = 25
13 -> 14 = 12
12 -> 13 = 8 ( you dont have to check how many attempts to level up 12 gear, just turn on wifi and stop before the 13. gets to 14 in this case stopping at 11 attempts, and if the 12 piece levels up cool, if not keep using it. eventually it will level up while doing this process)


this is my favorite, but sometimes they could all level up with the same attempts. but if this happens whtt ii do, is i find a 6 star level 12 (preferbly legendary because it gives an extra roll, epics give an extra sub stat not a roll on available sub stats so i prefer to level leogs or epics but you can choose either or) that i actually want to level up even though it cost a little more its a piece of gear that i actually want to level up so for me its worth the extra cost

so with a level 12 piece of gear i do 8 attempts to get it to 13.
then i switch to another level 12 and do 3 more attempts wwhich would make it 11 attempts. then i stop and switch to that either the piece i just got 13 or find another 13 and level that up to 14. then i go back to the level 12 piece. and i do 12 more attempts to make it 24 attempts. (sometimes that piece of gear could upgrade within those attempts, if that happenes just switch to another level 12 piece) after i do the 24 attempts i switch to a piece thats 14. and level it up 15.
finallly i go back to a level 12 piece and do the final 4 attemtps. to be at 29 attempts. (if that level 12 piece levels up thats a plus if not keep using it)
now that i did 29 attempts leveling up 12 piece gear i go back to a 15 level gear and use that final attempt to get it to 16.

By doing this from the silver it wouldve taken you to get 1 piece of gear from 15-16, you leveled up
1: 15 -> 16
1: 14 -> 15
1: 13 ->14
and at least 1 from 12->13 but could possibly have leveled up more than 1.
ive had situation where i leveled up 3 pieces of gear from 12->13 by doing this process.

This takes alot more times, because you have to check how many attempts it takes for 3 pieces of gear(13,14,15) then just level up a 12 until 1 attempt before those level up and switch back to level it up. what i like to do is double check how many attempts remain just to make sure which takes a little more time but it would be totally worth it.

I use Numbers(excel but for mac) and i cretae a spreadsheet to keep track of how many attempts it takes for each level. and instead of counting each attempt what i do is i enter the silver i had when i started doing this, and using formulas to subtract as i go.
then all you have to do is type how much silver you have when it hangs and get your starting amoutn and subtract the remaing amount, then divide it by how much each attempt it. and it gives you how much rolls it takes. I find this much easier becaause instead of counting the entire time you can focus on somethign else and keep your peripheral vision on the screen to see when it hangs and just type how much silver remains and excel does all the math for you.
hen i switch to another level 12 and do 3

I have 1 piece from 13-14 that will take 25 and another 15 times, WTH!? No wonder why we go broke so fast

Makes the time consuming game even more consuming. Glitched for me on 15lvl items where max counter likw 32 didn't change. Did it earlier, but now just farming Spider20 for extra silver to use instant upgrades.

ColdBrew, you made this a lot harder then it actually is. It doesn’t matter if the lower pieces upgrade or not, it still counts as an attempt and you don’t need to “find a piece” with that many attempts. You can move from piece to piece as well. All that matters is how many attempts you take. If you have 10 attempts, you can use 9 on one piece that upgrades multiple times or two different pieces. The other thing is don’t level up crap just because it’s cheaper. Level pieces you want to level anyway even if it’s a little more because you basically get the benefit of both.

I do this during artifact events and used 8 mil for the first event today and took about an hour. Not only did I upgrade a bunch of level 16, I upgraded a bunch of pieces that I wanted to roll to 12 to see if they were good.

This is a very old trick, and probably known by Plaryum (that's why there are no Artifact Enhancements "Tournament" , only "Events"). But I don't think Plaryum cares to fix it. Because while it certainly works, this trick takes a very, very long, time...

For me this is cheating!
Rather we have to ask Plarium to make this not for luck but for fixed prices!

The "upgrade counter" resets after every successful upgrade ... so your level 11 chest can be reused after a successful upgrade on the ring
