as like Helldivers 2, It's a Amazing Pro-Consumer Live Service Indie Game that takes inspiration from games like Left 4 Dead
where the central game loop is you or a squad of teammates get dropped in from a Drop Pod onto a alien planet with limited ammunition and fight waves of Bugs and Robots whilst trying to complete a objective with the game ending in a evacuation
In fact it's kinda confirmed that both games will have some form of cameo which is really fun

but yeah, I now have even more appreciation towards Helldivers 2 now hearing that it is classified a Indie Game

This game now has 126k negative reviews on steam within the last 48 hours, turning the overall rating into mixed and recent review rating to mostly negative.
This game was doing everything right until Sony got greedy. We're going to get the perfect live service game when we have a competent dev team that is AA or AAA sized and the higher ups know how to not completely destroy your games in one move (it's never happening).

Just coming from a defense mission where we were literally getting a constant rain of Drop Ships on Suicide difficulty, I can definitely agree that Helldivers 2 curves the difficulty based on your performance, because we literally did not lose a single man on that mission and it was glorious.

If you have bugs, and most of the players are laughing hysterically at them, instead of getting angry, that means you have been doing quite a lot right with the rest of the game. Most bugs can't destroy your mood, if you already are having a great time.
