People: I would NEVER feed myself or my child anything that contains artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, MSG, etc.
Same people: I trust the FDA to make good decisions on what is good for me.
As a side note, I have been taking 500 mg of NMN for about 3 weeks as often as I can remember (maybe 5 days per week) and I feel a marked difference in overall energy during the day and sleep has improved. I am a healthy, active 47 y/o male and I noticed I was getting more tired after a long day of work than usual so decided to give it a try. I started noticing small improvements from day one.
And if you still trust the FDA, remember there was a thing that was approved recently based on testing that was done on 8 mice...

Of the two explanations you gave for why the fda banned this, the reason that it’s for protecting the people is naive and the reason for protecting big pharma is the reason. That’s the only reason this has happened and let’s not delude ourselves into being sheep-herded.

I'm a woman in my 30s and have been taking NMN for 5 months. Due to not sleeping properly for 3-4 years, my memory got really bad. After a month of taking NMN it improved my memory to my 20s level. If you are wondering if I have improved my sleep, the answer is no.
