Get back to your happy place you know where it is. Feel it even if it's not there yet and soon you'll be back to where you want to be. Life is a gift and we can only appreciate the true beauty when we've just escaped the rain. Your rainbow is there, get it, feel the warmth of the sun on your face, you deserve it you are worthy of it. You are loved. God bless you and keep you safe now and always.

ОтветитьI love this meditation but I find the music sounds slightly distorted like it has been slowed down a bit which is a little distracting. Might be just me.
