Open face helmet and power shifting a 4-speed just like the old days....Bitchen!
ОтветитьNo sound !!
ОтветитьNice car, love it lots! :)
ОтветитьIf you had a cigar, you would be Grumpy. That's actual power shifting.
ОтветитьAwesome!!!!
ОтветитьI did this to my chevelle and now my tires and clutch has left the chat
ОтветитьKinda quiet but fun to watch. Thats exactly how all manual musclecars should be driven. Seemed like 1-2 and 2-3 were a little short but again i couldnt even hear the motor revving. I knew the phone was gonna slide back in the seat, LoL.
Looked like a 12.50s pass maybe?
Used to power shift in my 03 Mitsubishi eclipse. Slow as all hell but beat all my other stock buddy’s cause I could find the next gear just a lil bit quicker than them.
ОтветитьLearn how to bleed and adjust brakes.
ОтветитьWhat is that? A inland shifter? I have a lot of manual cars but nothing that sloppy. Time to invest in a competition plus.
ОтветитьFor Gawd sakes man, my head bounced off the back of my computer chair when you did that!😄
ОтветитьIs it just me or does the brake pedal seem to go awfully low?
ОтветитьLooked pretty slow
ОтветитьWhat's the time
ОтветитьExactly the way I did it in my '72 El Camino SS! Shortened the life of my drivetrain but I sure had fun doing it!!!
ОтветитьI'd say he was havin a good time. I had a 64 Galaxy with a 427 that I raced. I had fun too.
ОтветитьAre used to drive truck I never use the clutch
ОтветитьDitto on the break pedal
ОтветитьYep all that's cool looking!!!but one misshift or over rev all hell breaks out dont ask how I know....lol
ОтветитьNeeds to work on his brakes,
ОтветитьLooked like drum brakes, ?
ОтветитьShow this video to all these so-called drag racers with turbo engines. Your right foot stays an the floor. It kills me when these so-called stick drag racers lift to shift losing all their boost.
ОтветитьWhat year Mopar? Pedal off the line to get it to hook? Hard to get my '67 RS/SS Big Block to bite on Stock rubber. LOL! The interior/head liner looks like '68Z28 I gave my grandson last year, he just turned 2. Had it in the Barn 30+yrs.
ОтветитьA real power shift doesn’t use the clutch, you “power “ thru the gears
ОтветитьYes!
P O W E R S H I F T!
Shifts like a tractor.
ОтветитьThis guy deserves a better car and moving up toward the pros.
ОтветитьNow that’s how it’s done
Ответитьyou notice his foot doesn't come off throttle while shifting,
ОтветитьMuncie M22 liked that kind of shifting
ОтветитьGood job. Most people that think they’re power shifting have no idea how to. You did it right and lifted your foot off the gas pedal. It’s kind of a lost art.
ОтветитьThat not speed shifting how stupid to say power shifting go watch bill grumpy speed shift dumb people
ОтветитьLol that was horrible shirting
ОтветитьI'm not sure if it's a real a12 why does it have a back seat I thought they didn't have back seats in those cars just you know to a100 seats in the front which didn't look like a 100 seats in the front I don't know I'm just saying? Thanks for the video still a cool car
ОтветитьMakes me wonder if that box has been modified for power shifts...
ОтветитьI consider it no lift shifting in my maro. Really makes a difference.
ОтветитьAhh, this is the video you were talking about. Super cool brotha!!
ОтветитьPoor car
ОтветитьThat is a deep brake pedal...
ОтветитьYou go boy ! Relaxe more when jamming those gears. Floating is the best word I can come up with !
ОтветитьThose breaks are schechy
ОтветитьEverything about this vid is great, that seat belt though...
ОтветитьPretty good. But not as good as Grumpy Jenkins chomping on a cigar.
Ответитьtry to destroy the clutch ?
ОтветитьThat's the sloppiness shifter and those are the lowest brakes .
😆
When the devil finished, Johnny said, "well, you're pretty good, ol' son
But sit down in that chair right there
And let me show you how it's done" Charlie Daniels
In my day , this was referred to as speed shifting. Not a big deal.
The pro cars, super stock , grumpy era cars actually power shifted.
On a super T10, or M22. You had to shave off every other synchro gear.
Then drivers could actually power shift.
Full throttle, no clutch.
