Well these "Donors" and "Buyers" enter into a legal contract which stipulates the conditions, Do's and Don'ts, when babies should be handed over if contact with the mother is allowed ect. It's a legal binding contract that goes through lawyers and agencies ect. They do investigations and all that jazz before anything is approved. As for the behaviours of the "Buyers" could be since they have been on social media for 10+years maybe there is image to be uphold? And who says they are in real life as they come across on videos?
