Is it just me or were a couple of these designs short-sighted? Like I don’t know why but I feel as if the Samurai Blade would be working better if it wasn’t rotational and instead just a still, set blade, cuz otherwise it would get caught on food and like bring it with it and jam it at the top? And the Slap Chop, I know that’s been successful but wouldn’t it be better at cutting food if its blade was a bunch of tiny separated blades instead of one continuous solid warbly line?

As someone who cooks/bakes Dailey as a hobby and constantly tries to find tips and tricks.... I feel as though the cutter leaving the skin of the onion in tack just shows that it doesn't cut all the way through the product and isn't worth it. Can we try cutting an onion without the skin? does it cut all the way through without the skin?
