I did a level 30 enchantment on a diamond sword and only got
unbreaking II. Why is that?

I remember when all your levels would be taken when you enchanted 1 weapon.😭✋🏻 I never enchanted because of that reason and always stuck to the books because of it. I was always impressed at how everyone would enchant regardless and. Later on I started wondering why for others their levels wouldn’t instantly drop to 0. I only learned very recently when I played survival again, that you’re no longer sucked dry when you enchant.

I think a very unerrated way of getting enchantments is fishing. The thing is that you can get enchanted fishing rods FROM fishing. I got luck of the sea III and lure III on my fishing rod very quickly through combining them in the anvil. In about 20 minutes, I got enough enchantment books and bows to get a Power V, Flame, Infinity enchanted bow. However, I highly advise against fishing if you hate luck mechanics.

I was today years old when i learnt you can enchant books 😂

I have a minor issue. I can't seem to just deduct 2 levels when I place a torch on a single bookshelf, instead it removes 4 or 6 levels instead. I have the exact same bookshelf layout as in the video but it somehow deducts more than 2 levels or nothing at all. Anyone knows what the issue is?

I wished that you would've slowed down a bit and hovered the mouse over the items to show what was on each item that you were combining together w/ the anvil.

I play on switch and I have bedrock but I can't enchant my trident with riptide

you can also use anvil no waisting xp but use encanting book same thing but you can get sharpness,fire asfect or anithing you want when you name them try it. it worked i promise 😊😊😊

They need to revert the enchanting system back to the original one. This new system is awful. I literally never get any good enchantments anymore ever since they required lapis to enchant.

I’m not sure but I think if you add 19 book shelf’s then u can get lvl 38 enchantment at the cost of 30, basically better enchantments
