ОтветитьI love the synergy flowing between the two of you so so so beautiful love this
ОтветитьI love Hitomi so much, she been guiding me through these last years🤍
ОтветитьI've always loved Hitomi, and have been watching her for years. But I do believe that she has falls into the trap of "sex sells" more often than not. Just look at her thumbnails. It's all about her body. But, I also have the self-awareness to question why this bothers me? Andre gives her a big compliment at the beginning about her authentically capturing the feminine. But yet I often am disappointed by her thumbnails... as I think she is catering to the male gaze, but also snagging in women who want a body like hers. Who want to be more thin and more beautiful. I don't know. Mixed feelings.
ОтветитьDiscovering Hitomi changed my life
ОтветитьCrying after she expressed how happy she was she no longer has suicidal thoughts. My heart!
ОтветитьI love this woman! - real, raw and incredibly beautiful. So happy to see her on this channel
ОтветитьI haven't been with Hitomi throughout her public presence but from the time that I've been her casual viewer to now, I think out of all the influencers I know of, her and bretman rock are one of the most authentic, down to earth people I've ever witnessed through this digital age
Thank you for this episode ❤
I love her.💜✨
ОтветитьI Two Way, Prayer❤️
ОтветитьStrange how people who have access to the most resources have the highest amount of anxiety, depression, misery, and jealous anger. People seem to think they are a victim of trauma because they are told no as an adult and have to work for something but were giving everything as a child. I call it spoiled little brat syndrome.
Most serial killers, serial rapists, and school shooters came from wealthy affluent families.
Great video
ОтветитьI wish I could like this video a million times.
ОтветитьFirst time on the channel today! Love your message, so insightful and articulate ❤
ОтветитьWow, Wow and Wow!!! ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis is so beautiful
ОтветитьI love this so muchh
Ответитьاحبهااااا تتكلم من قلبها ولا تبااالي
ОтветитьWow, it's so interesting hearing her story. I think my story is a bit similar.
In adolescence I struggled a lot with body image, social connection, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self harm, and suicide attempt and thoughts. What I attribute to getting out of it was finding a passion and making connections with people in that passion. But I also started yoga. I am not sure why I did but I loved it and I still practice today more than 10 years later. It calmed me so much, I used to fidget and be restless when sleeping and after yoga that stopped. I felt more connected to my body and years later I added meditation. Meditation helped me cope and come out of anxiety and panic attacks and to calm myself.
I'm so glad she shared her story, we do need more people sharing their stories and being authentically themselves. I appreciate it so much when people do this. And now I am on my path to do the same.
Beautiful display of vulnerability and openness with compassion, love and strength. The way out is in, despite the seemingly bottomless abyss in front of oneself… ❤
Ответитьhitomi gives me major pocahontas vibes. 💕
ОтветитьDear Hitomi,
wow thank you for this podcast. I can reate to you on so many levels. But what I find interesting is that I do not really speak about these aspects of myself with people. Well once I did and then she found it too much. But actually, to be so open and brave, is something I admire, and crave.
also just wanting to be held, well i have it with people connecting to me in a loving and caring way and yes actually holding me, that is what i need so much. but then i feel guilty that maybe i cannot do this for others so i do not deserve it..
you can speak so well about what you experience and i love listening to you♥♥
I really appreciate her honesty i think it is so important
To also relate
And to respect your path
That would be an honest teacher
Hitomi is such a light to this world.

ОтветитьThere’s nothing more powerful than God’s love. It transcends yoga. It transcends everything. If you doubt God is real, ask him!
Ответить“It allows me to rest in the unchanging part of myself” wow love that!!
ОтветитьWow every word that both of you said in this honest discussion was a releif breathe to me, if I have the chance to talk about my life in this program I will be so honoured.thsnk you both of you, you open my mind to the extreme
Ответитьhitomi is our angel ❤❤❤
ОтветитьAwareness is like letting go of the 'umbrella' that's blocking the beautiful sunshine from hitting your face. It's realizing just how beautiful life is and embracing it joyously.
Ответитьi love you hitomi!!!!!
ОтветитьI dont watch her videos, but her energy and presence suggests me that she is someone incredibly empathetic, warm and friendly.
ОтветитьHello
ОтветитьI can't help but just feel really sad when I watch this. I am glad that Hitomi has managed to find a way to cope and is inspiring so many other people to cope in the same way- but I just wish that all these kindhearted people would unite and tackle the actual problem that's at the root cause for all this suffering we're experiencing: The capitalistic societal structure that mankind has trapped itself in. This isn't natural for us at all- yet we accept it as normal just because we were born into it.
Her explaining how she wants to be paid to be kind to others is her being in touch with the way humanity operated before capitalism- the way we naturally want to be: Caring for one another. What they told you in school was mostly a lie: The trading and bartering system was only used when communicating with other villages, within the villages themselves people just did each other favors, they cared for each other and made sure of their collective survival by doing so. Individualism is a lie - but it goes way further than us all being made from the same spirit/source whatever you wanna call it. We need each other, not just to cope with the way things are but to stand up against them, against the narcissistic capitalistic force that is dividing us.
But yeah, she's doing good with step one in that process: Connecting people with each other and helping them realize their own strenght. Just needs a tad more critical view of the world we live in to have it truly be great. I wish you blessings and awareness, you, the person who read this comment. Thank you.
Thats there and there’s this breath to.
ОтветитьIt doesn't seem like anxiety is the same thing as excitement (even physiologically). Anxiety causes you to shut down, and excitement causing rush towards. Anxiety causes avoidance behavior. Up until this moment, because of what she said, i used to think it was depression that was causing me not want to get up in the morning, and to hate going to the train, bus station, or airport, or even to go to the lobby to deal with staff at hotels, but it was actually anxiety. I think we should mask what anxiety is by making alike to excitement. It's not. I wake up every day with chest pains, and have been for years. It's anxiety. I'm excited to get off of work everyday. I have anxiety about even the thought of going to my job when i wake up.
ОтветитьMahalo🙏🏻 to you both. So so so much gratitude for this share. Feeling so much at this time. Grateful to spirit for guiding me to view you! <3 many blessings to you both. Namaste🙏🏻🦋🌟🌿🩷
