How to Open a Link in New Tab in Selenium WebDriver?

thanks for this video, I was using (action.moveToElement(webelemnt).contextClick().sendKeys(Keys.ARROW_DOWN).sendKeys(Keys.ENTER).build().perform()), but it was not workng.

i'm getting this error:
