NJ man still waiting on unemployment benefits after 4 months

I'm with you my friend, they still owe me over $23,000 since last June, and since they show that they owe me the money on my statement I have to pay taxes on it even though I didn't get it yet. Talk about a kick in the ass, welcome to Jersey...
