I followed the instructions and reset the apps and the results are the videos in whatsapp did not give me the option to choose a video player and whatsapp shows only the telephone numbers of my contacts.

It doesn't work when you're running files from a secured folder.

Is there a way to just reset the default application for the video player? The solution you present resets ALL application preferences which I don't want to do.
