How to solve Read_external_storage 😢

Not showing my particular app in the files and media option i tried to search it there but i cant find

Settings >privacy >permission manager >files and media

Files and media option isn't showing up my device is Infinix smart 6 HD an Android 11.Please help me to solve my problem

This is all well and good up to Android 10 but Android 12's scoped storage is an absolute pain. I have a couple of apps that can't get permission to files.

Kinda click bait. It never tells you how to allow the permission to the app only the apps you have already allowed access.
