Wow, that was quite an evening - several close calls indeed! Good show!
Ответитьnow the horde nights are gettin real lol nice work stayin alive
ОтветитьI wanted to be at the Alamo slingin' lead with you for that one! When building horde bases, EVERY design choice DEMANDS function over form. Simply flipping the roof edge pieces prevents deds from getting on the roof. It's really fascinating to watch the forced evolution of one man's struggle with these settings. Great stuff.
Ответитьman it's amazing how well this base worked for the following horde night, after dropping to grey screen health half a dozen times on this horde
ОтветитьI really want to see this design work! Excited for the next horde! Craaaaaaazy fight, dude! ....I'm always hopeful the punch turret does a better job against birds ha ha
ОтветитьThat was an exciting horde night. Another great episode!
ОтветитьI am so glad the algorithm suggested your channel. I’ve been binge watching your series and enjoying every haphazard adventure of yours.
Top notch game rhythm, building style, tactics, and exploration shenanigans are spot on!
You artistic vision, sweeping Cinematic’s, and vocal inflection is reminiscent of the iconic William Strife! (Fallout guides)
Good luck in growing your channel and I hope to enjoy your future work.
That was so much fun to watch! Quality entertainment here at this channel for sure!! :)
ОтветитьWell done dude!! I can't believe you're getting cops on Day 21. Good job defending though.
ОтветитьThat was a whole lot of holy shit
Ответитьlove your base, it also gave me a few idea's,. I am playing on a Junkbox MP server its set to Insane, Zombies run during the days and Nightmare speed at night, was hard to get used to it, but this base has some good ideas, atm I have a pillbox style base and a bunker, ive have survived 3 hordes there so far but gonna need to upgrade
ОтветитьBeen watching your vids lately, I have almost 2 k hours and wanted to make some suggestions to help your design work better. I would keep the doors leading to your fighting platform, decrease the platforms to 1 wide. This way when you melee you have a greater chance of knocking the zeds off.
The other thing I do is use the offset pole not the centered and turn them sideways. Then you can place two back to back to back as well as a third and still be well within melee range. Place your doors for the fighting platforms right as the block the zeds will stand on. If things get hairy you can open them through the poles.
Finally a flat plate in place of the hatches on your ceiling. Sure you can't run through there to get up on your base but you have a main entrance to your base anyway. I do this with cobble and it has up very well.
Good luck, love your vids.
One other thing I noticed, you sell items yellow and green with mods, you can get way more if you save them for tier 5 and 6 items. Good luck.
ОтветитьYou're very brave fighting the horde so close to your supplies! I've had some baaaad experiences in that situation and now I never fight in my home.
ОтветитьWow what a night. I'm a number of months behind so I'm sure those modifications will all be made, even so it's an ambitious base and stood up well! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it next (so I can shamelessly steal the ideas for my own bases) 👍🍺
