Explore One Action Camera | Wifi/App SetUp (incl. downloading, frozen screen & heating issues!)

Ok so, from my computer I can connect to the cameras WIFI, but when I open the app you told me to download on my computer, it doesnt show what you had, and when I click the icon, and loads a bit and a message pops up saying "Please connect to an authorized WIFI sport cam device or try to restart the sport cam first" Does that mean I need to be on mobile?

It will not let me download the video either.

Just remove the battery if it freezes then put it back in and your good to go

Mines 720 and it still does not work

when i tap the tablet it said wifi sport not found please connect to wifi sport cam first even tho i did connect it?

Okay, so I see a lot of people in the comments saying that the 12345678 password and other passwords are not working. When you click the wifi button, it should show the WiFi and the password. USE THE PASSWORD SHOWN ON THE CAMERA, not somebody else's password.

I connected to the wifi and when i click on the icob of the app and it took me to settings and i dont know what to do

This thing is a piece of garbage, I just picked one up and the GoPlus cam or whatever the thing is called doesn’t even work with my camera even though I am connected to the cameras WiFi the app still tells me it didn’t work. Better off finding a better alternative tbh.

I bought two for $25 each during Christmas 2021. One month later one froze at boot up, a week later the other froze at boot up. I was using them as a car dash cam since they have the driving mode feature. From my experience with these devices I need to reinstall the firmware. Do you know where to get it? No obvious customer support details in the box or printed on the box.

I cannot use 1080p and download it onto my iPhone XR (same problem as you)

hi i have a problem. whenever i try to get into the app and connect, it loads for a second and then kicks me out of the app.

This video was really helpful. I tried Live DV and it never worked. This app is very easy to run!

Take the camera out the case and you can hear better and there is an option to transfer file using the usb cable
Give it a few secs for it to pop up on your go pro camera and hit mass storage and you’ll b able to see the files on your computer

The GoPlus Cam App has a bug issue and doesn't work on the Samsung Galaxy S21.

What if you just have he normal explore camera. Everytime I try to connect it it just says Please connect to WIfi sport Cam first.

So when it freezes you just have to wait for it to die?

My cameras LED is on but my screen display is off. It was frozen like yours in the video then it turned black. Can anyone help me with this problem?
It isn’t even turning on when i unplugged it. All i have is a Blue light and when i charge a red light as well. thanks🙏
