ОтветитьI'm 5 months after having a total hip replacement and while I can't do all of the different exercises I can do most of what you are doing. I want to lose fat and strengthen my body slowly without any issues with my hip. So I will start your program tomorrow , since I have already done my exercise for today.

Advice for those who are starting out: buy a good kettlebell, not plastic with junk in it for 5euros better take plain metal painted or professional brushed steel about 20euros
I once started with a plastic kettlebell, which was much too slippery, and he fell on the floor and all the gravel powder inside fell all over the floor, hence the advice and if you need it workout gloves don't cost much either.
Why we think the kettlebell is so great, it takes up little space and it can train a lot of your body, working 5 or 6 days a week but always using the kettlebell on Sundays, it keeps you fit and strong, inside outside on vacation
Have been doing it for years the first time it went reasonably well, but no protein shake and the next day all my muscles were sore but that is no longer the case.

ОтветитьJust started to get into working out as I told myself I had to.
This is quite the intense workout for myself atm.
First time I got 70% of the way through it and then died
The 2nd time I was able to complete it. I felt it the next morning though haha.
Started watching what I eat and doing some exercise.
Starting at 5'9, 200lbs.
Plan to get down to 175, then hopefully 160.
Doing this everyday and also walking around 5-6 miles each day as well.
I really like this workout. I've just started using my kettlebells. Thanks, I'll try this again 😊

ОтветитьUsed 8kg kettlebell. At the beginning i thought maybe i should have bought heavier but at 77% during the resting period i had to rest an extra 20 seconds because my back was aching😅. Good workout

ОтветитьThis is the first workout I’ve done in many many years being lazy and overweight, I think I’m about dead, I hit a plateau in weight loss with just diet and feel the time to introduce exercise. Thanks for this, I’m going to ache in the morning 😅
