Yes, this is my issue with the Iphone's raw footage too. I shoot on the 14 Pro Max usingthe Filmic Pro's LogV3 profile 10bit then edit in Davinci Resolve & nothing else & I also don't shoot with the Iphone's stock cam with HDR. Can I follow this steps & use the luts too if yes, what Input Color Space Input Gamma & Output color space & output gamma should I put in the CST Node? A detailed answer would be appreciated from you or anyone reading this.

I followed this video exactly and your LUT setting definitely helped, but it still doesn't look exactly the same. It's still too yellow and washed out than my original iphone footage. This is so frustrating

In resolve it's a two click process

The fact that we have to take all of these steps + add another LUT upon export to fix Premiere PRO's infamous gamma issue is wild.

Has anyone had any trouble after modifying your sequence settings when you drag the clip into the timeline the color correction doesn’t stay?

The Lut is not for free !!!

I edited the video in premiere pro which I recorded w/ my iphone, added color correction and so on. when i exported it, the video looked horrible. way too bright... what worked for me: I filmed in hevc instead of h.264. I was able to convert the video later on my mac. Just open the video in quick time player -> click "export as..." -> 4k (or the quality of your video), then select "h.264". Now import it in premiere pro and create a new sequence out of the clip. This worked for me...

(STEP THREE) Sequence > Sequence Settings > Working Color Space > Rec. 709
With Bryan's first two steps the iPhone "cinematic" videos were still slightly lacking some saturation and brightness until I changed the sequence setting above.

Ugh, this still doesn't fix it for me. It changes how it looks but now it just looks like there's a shadow over everything. The colors are still way overexposed.

No color space option when routing through Media Encoder in batches. Present is still fantastic, just wondering what I might be missing without the switch. Some sunsets look a little more yellow-ish green more than orange, but still a lot better than ordinary ingestion.
