How do you deal with the fear? I feel like I'd fret about everything and watch him like a hawk while he's sleeping. I'd worry about giving him solids for the first time. IDK how parents deal with that fear and anxiety.

Me ,my own husband and in laws said I was pretending to be in pain after I had my first daughter through CS
I was left on my own when my mom left back home ,went through a lot of challenges , postpartum depression because I was so body shamed by my in laws and my mother in law called me sagged breast , fat and so much more .
But I survived by the grace of God .I came through your videos on utube and I was always encouraged .
Today we are 10 months gone and waxing strong ❤
And most importantly I've gained back my confidence and rocking my new body in the most peaceful way ever .

YES everyone's body is different. I don't say this to brag but i lost so much weight after pregnancy that nothing fits me properly (still look pregnant sometimes) I have a different body shape now, and my body does not feel fit at all, i feel weak AF sometimes 🤣for the longest time my stomach looked like my intestines where not properly put back in 🤣. Loosing weight is not/should not be the "end all be all" ...lets be kind to ourselves when it comes to post pregnancy body image cause we don't know each person's journey based on body weight gained or lost.

Is normal to have a baby body it will take six months to the hormone to be regulated. Don’t listen to people your beautiful indeed something wrong with them not you 🙏🏾

The baby make everything to toys and when you buy the new toys is not working for them. They will make toys out of anything 😃😃

I absolutely love this lil family. Yal are genuine and sweet. As to Naka and this whole body shaming thing that ppl are on....girl don't pay them any mind. Just do you....take your time. People don't understand how much change a woman's bidy goes through from the time of conception until long after giving birth
