Nice job!
ОтветитьCozy!
Ответитьincredibl;y inventive guy
ОтветитьMy main concern is heating, cooling mechanic and security.
ОтветитьI love the ceiling. Very pretty.
ОтветитьWay to go Dustin. I love the way you made the bus with convenience over looks in mind. Yet it looks awesome. Really like the uniqueness of the ceiling.
ОтветитьSuper nice job! Lots of cool tips for my own build, which will start in June, 2022! Thanks!
ОтветитьYou are the first school bus owners that really speak the truth about the cost to own a school bus. Thank you
ОтветитьLOVE that ceiling!! "Liberating" that process for somewhere in my build. THANKS! Be safe out there 🙏
ОтветитьLeave the shot gun seat and add a toilet
ОтветитьReal bachelor pad- no bathroom! Rather, room for more serious/important things- liquor cabinet! 😆 😆 🤣
ОтветитьDo you have a suggestion where to Buy a starter bus? I seem to find all the brokers. Are there government sites?
ОтветитьNice build man, we're looking at building an accessible bus about this size to explore with. I appreciate the insight. 👍🏻😊
ОтветитьA very nice bus! I love the ceiling!
ОтветитьI love you dude! You got exactly what I want. Amazing mini mobile bus 🚌 it’s a dream!
ОтветитьLove, love, love the ceiling. Amazing! It just brought it all together! Consider a porta potty.
Ответитьthat passenger seat is an amazing idea! I'll probably put that in if I decide to get a skoolie.
ОтветитьLove the ceiling!
ОтветитьMake no mistake, this is a party bus. Love it and your story. Real nice!
ОтветитьNice work Justin! Great to see your style of Schoolie! Good luck on all of your journey's! God Speed!
ОтветитьHi, great video and bus build. May I ask how tall are you? I'm 6' and concerned about roof height. Thanks! All the best. Chris
ОтветитьVery nice build, love the ceiling, great creativity.
ОтветитьI would have to have a bathroom & shower .
Ответитьyeah I loved the ceiling. the whole time watching I wanted to know what you did. lol
ОтветитьI get a very homey feeling from just looking at the bus. You did a great job on it!
ОтветитьI was very curious about the hanging glasses. A little disappointed he didn't talk abt it
ОтветитьThank you for being honest about living with your parents and having a job that paid you well in tips. Too many times successful people gaslight readers/watchers and claim they did it "all on their own" and had no help. Not being bogged down by the price of rent and being able to save all your money IS HELP. Also thank you for explaining costs, the not so great side of bus ownership/maintenance and telling us you travel with people to split costs. One of the better ones I've seen. The handicap door, slide and swivel chair, and Jeep view were great ideas. You did great!
ОтветитьLove the ceiling!
ОтветитьI just want to put an "Eject" button and look at the passenger. "What are you doing!?" "Ejecto seato, cuz!"
ОтветитьI love all these builds, but no one seems to change those fragile bus doors, which seems dangerous. Your whole house, and valuables are on wheels, not tucked in the safety of a neighborhood and property. The whole world is now at your door, and armed robbery is always a possibility. Thus having a reinforced door and dead bolt locks seem like a good idea. I know there are lots of windows too, but a door is easiest to go through. Also, secret chambers for valuables in case of an armed robbery would be a good idea as well. 👍🏻
ОтветитьVery nice bus
Ответитьawesome-well done-on about the same budget as well-inspiring-you did a great job.
ОтветитьWas the bus included in the cost
ОтветитьI do like the burn look on the ceiling you have given some good tips .
ОтветитьBrilliant build! Perfect for your type of usage. Great tour and informative.
ОтветитьI like it!! Love the ceiling!
ОтветитьI loved!! Very smart!!
ОтветитьDude built the ultimate party bus! As a mom, I was so impressed that he worked hard for his money & invested it into something that will bring happiness & adventure into his life. And the build itself is downright beautiful. I especially loved the bar & that gorgeous table.🚊💛🌻🥂
ОтветитьHere's the thing, so what you put a passenger seat in, you know they don't just go throwing passenger seats in vehicles all willy nilly at the manufacturer. What I'm saying is, you seat is in but it's not safe. You made a box for it and mounted the thing on sliders. If you get into a significant wreck with someone in that seat, they are done for.
ОтветитьDude would rather travel with 6 grown people in that tiny space to save money instead of getting a remote job... blows my mind.
ОтветитьJustin, You did a fantastic job with your bus. Especially love the sliding shotgun seat; could you post the exact type of hardware needed for that setup and where you found it? Also love the dining area in the back; so open and airy with a panoramic view! Very well done. You have a future in an expanding industry of converting buses should you ever need it. Good luck and happy travels.
ОтветитьSo the very first thing you mention is all the forest service roads & hiking spots you go to… I have been trying to find out if there are going to be places I can’t go with a short/mid schoolie. I intend to live in it full time and I want to be able to go to all the best national parks, hiking trails and amazing spots. You haven’t had any issues with stuff like that?
ОтветитьI love the shotgun seat!
ОтветитьBest ceiling I have seen. At first glance it reminded me of old maps.
ОтветитьMeanwhile it cost me $7,700 just in taxes and registration for my $36,000 used diesel van in California which I purchased in Kansas. What a joke the system is.
ОтветитьDo you still have the bus for sale?
ОтветитьReally nice, I really like the exterior color too.
ОтветитьNice to see an alternative to an expensive ceiling. It gives me an idea of doing one either with maps using Découpage or fabric. Just did some chairs using it and turned out great.
Ответитьafter breaking down the cost for repairs. I don't know about this journey. I was thinking of a shuttle bus but.... 😮
ОтветитьI absolutely loved the ceiling in this build! Like many out there, Justin did a fantastic job of making this skoolie his own. I hope you enjoy the many aspects of skoolie life he shared in this video!
