ОтветитьHi.. this is cardio/ HIIT or strength training? I need to calculate calories burnt while doing this 20 min exercise. Thanks Mizi! Im following your exercise routine for 2 months now and I see significant improvement in my overall flexibility and strength. I need to lose atleast 10 kgs and hope to do it in the next 6 months.
