Galaxy S21/Ultra/Plus: How to Allow or Block Websites From Sending Notifications on Samsung Internet

I blocked the site but the site still comes up in search and allows me to enter the site.... I need block reddit completely off my phone I don't wanna see that site show up anywhere anymore... I also tried free block sites but those don't seem to work either......

What the hell is the pop up after you pull the internet up? My menu and options look nothing like this
