I've kept coming back to this every so often but only now taking it seriously to practice this shot...
When you wrote "whip" for clears. Do you mean a snap action (like stick smash?)?
Or like more of a golf swing?

I think I can do the cross and straight nets with alot of slice. I can't seem to figure out the clear unfortunately!

Hi there, only started watching your videos in recent weeks. Loving them. Do you have any advice on racket string tension? I play a mix of singles and doubles and I always get a bit confused with what string tension to get my rackets when they need restrung. Haven't checked but do you have video on badminton kit? From racket choices, kit maintenance, footware, shuttles etc? Thanks, John

I always try the late backhand short and it goes very nicely but in late backhand when I try to put the shuttle till the back lobby I can't get that much power so plz tell me the solution

I can"t do this shot and generate too much power and whip. Its look like major muscle is back shoulder muscle.

usually we do backhand clear using bewel grip. is it possible to make backhand clear shots using this type of panhandle grip too?

Thanks for the help. Is a low backhand return bad technique so hitting the shuttle lower to the ground, giving you more time to get to it if your in a tough situation? I've been looking for a video for this as for a team mate of mine can do it very well. We both aren't the most skilled of players

I did understand the height of contact point of shuttle.
My question is should the shuttle and the feet (the one on which i land while hitting) be in line at the contact point of shuttle and racket or should shuttle be slightly behind or slightly front ?
