Very nice friend, I see your passion for model railroads, still watching the video
ОтветитьWow....VERY impressed with that!
ОтветитьWow.
ОтветитьIntresting use of natural materials on your layout. Well done and thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThanks for this, you have given me a couple of ideas. Just by the way, you could have saved some money, all ballast glue is, is 50/50 mix of PVA. Once again thanks for posting.
ОтветитьGOOD WORK ... !!!
ОтветитьExcellent shot, Like !!!
ОтветитьWhat kind of rock is that
ОтветитьVery nice Ken im a O gager my self enjoy !
ОтветитьDream setup
ОтветитьSo many "know it all" comments, I bet they'd go to a show and criticize everything.
ОтветитьСпасибо Вам.
Интересно.
I'm sure that you could use PVA wood glue instead of paying for specialty glue for the ballast and any cheap spray bottle. A lot of companies and shops inflate the price of basic common items just so they can say it's for model Trains or R/C Boats etc... as soon as you say boat the price increases 10 fold etc.. it's the same for model trains and any other hobby item. I would suggest to look around your local hardward and craft supply shops as they have the same items for 1/3 of the price of the hobby shops. The layout looks fantastic.
ОтветитьDear Sirs,
What a wonderful video, but I was just wondering if you have track plans that you are following, or is it pretty much done on the wing?
Yours truly,
ross
shoulda weathered the rails before ballast...
Ответить… but thats H0 or smaller, …
everybody speaks about Problems, jerky run-up, shaky wagons,
no scaleconform tracks, wagons and locos are not in quality scale,
there are people, who lay tracks in multiple floors,
they drive, brake or accelerate too fast, and there are unnaturally much tracks.
Nice job Ken! Love the use of real rock. Can't beat mother nature fir colour and realism!!
ОтветитьI did the same dimensions for N scale. I was able to use trailer hoists(like you use to pull a boat onto a trailer ) to pull it up into the ceiling. Had two of those to work that. Removable hooks from those to each corner. Wheels also on the bottom so I could roll it around when it was down on the floor. I didn't go to the solid table top as fast as you did. Really did more of a of a cutout track plan tied it to a subframe. Three levels with a helix on one end. A hidden level was on the bottom for staging and storage.
ОтветитьWonderful build, thanks for taking us along!
ОтветитьNicely done, thanks for sharing..
