What's the best format upload so that it doesn't have to process. I mean I process my video before I uploaded

Well I did a review today and it says it will take 2 days or maybe less for processing I only can view half of the video right now

How long does it take for a hour long video to upload?

My video was uploaded from my iPad but it’s been processing for over 12 hours now and idk if to try to reupload the video or if it’s just taking longer because it’s using my service to upload instead of being connected to wifi or what the problem could possibly be.
