Backing Up / Restoring / Copying a SQL Server 2008R2 Database in 3 minutes

How can i deploy my database with my application . . . if i copy the database and paste it to another computer will it require me to install the sql server database ?

ie.  is it ?

stored procedure, security tab section: I do not have to back up those ?!
