YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW VOLUME
follow my steps if you named the folder differently or put it somewhere differently

step1: go to run and paste: %userprofile%
2: double click on address bar and click after name and paste: \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets
3: ctrl and A then either right click and copy OR ctrl C to copy all selected files
4: make a new folder anywhere and name whatever you want and paste it (in my example i name it spotlight and put it inside my pictures folder)
5: go to address bar and copy it. This is the location of where you put the file.
example: C:\Users\{NAME APPLIED TO THE PC HERE}\Pictures\spotlight
6. press windows button and search "command prompt", then right click and run as administrator
7. type: "cd " (yes thats a space after the cd) and paste what you copied right after the space
8. follow the video on the Ren command
