Just wanna say You and Davisdiley are the shit when it comes to the way you break down form in your videos. I couldn’t do bench ,squat , Romanian dead lift , bent over barbell row or Bulgarian split squats correctly and everything I seen was information overload made me shy away from these important movements ( i had lower back and shoulder problems I had to be doing the form right to strengthen my body and not re injure myself) now I do all of these lifts as staples in my push pull legs and my lower back and shoulder pain have disappeared.

can you do a video between different types of squats, ie eleveated on block with heels elevated or goblet squat vs sissy squat and which muscles are firing. I love the ballet squat too ( female) because it works inner thights and gluters and opens my hips but not sure this is a weightlifting one this channel woudl focus on, I

It's amazing how much advice has changed in the last ten years. Trainers then told me feet straight, elbows back, no knees over toes, etc... The realization that everyone has a unique physiology and their own perfect squat has done wonders.

My only problem is that I run out of breath before I actually fell much burn, I have 40% lung capacity (I can only hold half the amount of air in my lungs with each breath than a normal guy) so I get out of breath really fast, please give me tips to help me out

Been years since I last lifted consistently. I just watched a tutorial by Starting Strength to refresh my memory of the forms and I thought I was trippin when I saw their squat technique, the chest points downwards. I’ll just stick to this more familiar one.
