DUE DATE EXTENSION TO CLAIM ITC FOR FY 2018-19| GSTR 3B DATE EXTENDED

Whether the extension was granted??

I omiited to claim ITC in 18-19 and same in 19-20 we did not claim anything but now in sep20 we claim only up to 19-20 can we claim 18-19 input still now ?

Is any extension for claiming Itc for 2018-19

मेने New Bussiness Start करने के उद्देश्य से यह जानकर GST REGISTRATION MONTH-MARCH 2018 को करा लिया कि इसके बिना BUSINESS START नही किया जा सकता

लेकिन अन्य कार्य मे व्यस्त होने के कारण में MONTH-MARCH 2018 से आज दिनाँक तक GST RETURN NILL नही भर पाया

सुनने में आ रहा है कि GUJRAT HIGH COURT का DECISION GSTR 3B के FAVOUR में आ सकता है , और LATE FEES / PENALTY माफ हो सकती है ।

मेरा लगभग 60-70,000 का HEAVY CHARGES लग रहा है


यानी कमाई 0 और नुकसान 60-70,000 का

ITC 2018-19 की तारीख बढ़नी चाहिए तथा सप्लायर ने यदि विक्रय नहीं दिखाया है तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी खरीदने वाले व्यापारी पर न ड़ाल कर सप्लायर के खिलाफ टैक्स चोरी की कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए।

Never understand claim 2018-19 missing itc...is there is separate coloum for it....if i claim itc of previous year of rs 18000 and forget to claim rs 18000 of current month....what is conclusion of my mistake

GST 3B of september should be extend because site not proper working and large amount of itc not claimed, and i have a problem that large itc amount could not be claim and my client give not me salary and itc amount charged to me, than i will what to do , govt should extend the due date of september 2019 3B Return and fy 18-19 ITC Claim date immediately

में तो ये कहूंगा gst रूल गलत है। पहले 2a का काम होना चाहिए बाद में आई टी आर का काम क्योंकि बाद में balnce sheet me b badlav aate hai. kuch bil 2a me nhi aate us kaaran dikkt jyada hoti hai
