ОтветитьHELP😭 I have been working out since november every day and didn't get any results. At the end of the Noverber I noticed that my hips didnt getting slimmer ( I started with them) and asked in comment what is my problem. Someone told me that I should add cardio workout in my routine.I started find fitbloggers with their every day workout plans and found one girl (I really like her workouts) but for me it was too easy but I decided continue. From the begging of december to January I HAVENT SEEN ANY RESULTS😭 my legs,my body don't getting bigger and not getting slimmer it doesn't go in any way😩 thats really weird because I’m doing workout EVERY DAY. Help!!I immediately need some tips for get my legs slimmer🙏🏼 and please share with me some name of the diets that can help
(sorry if I have mistakes🙏🏼 I‘m trying to write and not only undersand so I tried my best..)
