Sith Species COMPLETE History | 100,000 Years of Darkness

What are your thoughts on the Sith species coming back into canon? Many characters that are of sith and dark jedi human blood have been reintroduced to canon if in name only, same for major events from Old Republic era stuff, so do you think they would completely erase the Sith species?

If so, that would be one of the most dramatic changes to legends stories. And do you think this might get addressed in future shows or movies?

Man this is such a brief summation of the whole spectrum of Sith history. It take like days to tell it all. Wish you mentioned Tulak Horde who was a later successor from Darth Andeddu. Then after was Marka Ragnos. So much history.

The Darth Bane books are amazing, especially the audible. They are the books that got me into the extended universe. I'm now reading the old republic books with Darth Maulgust and all that I recommend those too.

aaaand this is why I did not give any thought to the Extended Universe, even before Disney axed it. This is stupid. It goes against George Lukas' own ideas on what the dark side is. The Force is not the same as Magic in other settings. It isn't an "Unforgivable Curse" or "Necromancy" or other such thing. The Dark Side of the Force is still The Force, just twisted into violent, unnatural ways.
I would have been fine with a culture that grew into a selfish, raiding species that used it's Force sensitive members as leaders and gods, but the idea of "This peoples is all super Forcey and Super smart, and Super fighty and somehow found out how to make spaceships before blowing themselves up."
George Lukas said that the Light side of The Force was balance, nature, and peace, and the Dark Side of The Force was biological desire, temporary, selfish, and self-serving. The idea that a species was so in tuned with the Dark Side that every single one of the race was Force sensitive, yet they didn't blow each other to kingdom come is beyond any logical worldbuilding. Heck. It is a proven point that those who follow Sith doctrine can not expand their numbers because the way to advance in that culture is to kill and supplant your master. How does a species like that make it to space travel!?

By the way, the force is not a yinyang. The dark side is like a cancer that eats away at the force. There is also no "light side" according to lucas, there is only the force and the dark side. Just addressing a common misconception.

It has never made sense to me that the Jedi would have exiled them like that, but left them with their lightsabers??
It even states they sent them off weaponless, but then all depictions I have found show the exiles using lightsabers lmao
