I let the fear of disappointing people ruin my tango YouTube career.

Once upon a time I was supposed to do a 1,000 subscriber giveaway. I couldn't figure out how to randomize the pick (having my sister randomly select people ultimately felt a little weird to me). So I just... stopped.

I didn't go back to making videos.

I let the fear of messing this process up completely derail the work I was doing on YouTube. I had so much guilt for going back on my word and felt like if I didn't do what I said I was going to do first, I wasn't allowed to proceed. It may seem dramatic, but I'm very hard on myself when it comes to giving people my word, and doing everything with a certain level of perfection.

So as life returned to "normal" post the *Great Panini* (cough cough Youtube doesn't like certain words) I busied myself with teaching and organizing, dreaming about the day I would return to YouTube.

So today is the day! Months and months after saying to myself I should just start again, I'm back. And I need to get this off of my chest!
