I watched this movie a while after it was released online, it was pretty whatever, I groaned at the "what would elon do" and all the just... stupid af ideas throughout, but it was decently entertaining despite it all, very "wow this is so fucking dumb, haha" type of enjoyment tho... omg this bit though, killing me

Here’s the primary reason movies like this are so dumb. If the moon shifted away from its normal orbit, there’s literally not a person alive who wouldn’t notice that basically immediately. No one would need to hack a telescope and try to “warn NASA”.

This movie was fun, and I gotta commend them for going all out on certain things, and for the conspiracy theorist being the best actor in the film cause he actually cares. It's kinda the same as Independence Day: Ressurgence, the ending is pretty much the same as well. It was fun but not enough to make a sequel.

My buddies and I got ahold of a pirated version of this film while we were deployed on an aircraft carrier shortly after it came out. It had shitty Korean subtitles and yes, it changed our lives. Thank you for talking about this disaster masterpiece.

I hated this movie when I first saw it. It exceeded my expectations for how dumb it was and I felt annoyed at myself for wasting time on it. But you know what? This video has changed my mind. Your positivity about it is infectious. I now see Moonfall in a different light and I am honestly looking forward to Andromeda!

This movie has so many great shots and has quite a few cool ideas, but it's so utterly retarded.

I would actually understand how bad the moons orbit shifting would be.
Even only a bit could fuck up our ecosystem.
