If androids couldn't charge they shouldn't have to charge. I remember in one of the old budukai games, was it Kid Buu who just had unlimited Ki? It never went down. They should've just had the androids be like that too, or it's an auto-regen effect.

You can absorb ki blasts and kamehameha except special beam cannon with super 17

I haven’t played Tenkaichi in years but with super 17 you can absorb mostly anything if you hold O and shift L3 left and right.

He was my favorite character against ki happy friends
