In muslim society, muslims of Arab blood(e.g. Syed/Sheikh) are considered superior to non-Arab(ajmi) muslims. Ashraf(elite/upper caste/rich/ruling class/muslims of Arab blood e.g. Syed/Sheikh) muslims are living in luxury and Pasmanda(poor/low caste/have-nots/untouchables) muslims are suffering(poverty & exploitation)

In Islam everyone is equal. The caste system doesn't really exist. Its just an identity that Syed's are from Prophet's family and others are not. Heaven and Hell will be decided on person's deeds not their caste. This nonsense only exists in Hinduism.
