Linux Mint 21 vs Kubuntu 22.04

This was more of a Cinnamon vs KDE review. Could've gone a bit more in-depth and show the built-in ricing/personalization features of both. Both support extensive tweaking through the settings app that could entirely change the look and feel of the whole system in a matter of few clicks.

Plasma is ahead. Anyway default theme of Mint needs a refresh.
